A real estate developer has announced plans to construct a $1.5 billion Trump Tower on Australia’s Gold Coast. According to Jin10, Altus CEO David Young stated online that he signed the agreement with the Trump Organization at Mar-a-Lago in Florida on February 14. The tower, set to reach 340 meters with 91 floors, will surpass Melbourne’s Australia 108 building by 15 meters in height and is expected to outshine all other Australian resort hotels in luxury. Young mentioned that Trump Tower is projected to become Australia’s tallest building by the end of this decade.
