Bitcoin Yield Protocol “Structured” Ceases Operations

Select Language

The Bitcoin yield protocol “Structured,” launched in October 2025, has officially ceased its operations. At its peak, the protocol’s total locked value reached approximately 84 Bitcoins, offering users an annual yield ranging between 5 to 7 percent. However, due to a significant decline in yields during the ongoing bear market, the protocol was no longer sustainable and decided to shut down. Structured was a financial protocol designed to provide Bitcoin holders with opportunities to earn profits on their cryptocurrency through various investment strategies aimed at generating steady returns with low risk. Investors’ principal capital remained secure, and users could redeem their funds by converting their mxBTC tokens into WBTC, an ERC-20 version of Bitcoin widely used across different platforms. The bear market has broadly impacted all cryptocurrency markets, causing financial difficulties for many protocols and platforms. The closure of Structured reflects the current market challenges, although investors’ principal remains protected despite reduced yields affecting performance. The future of the crypto market and yield protocols will determine when and how such platforms may resume operations or be replaced by new alternatives. Investors are advised to consider market volatility carefully and invest only in trusted platforms.
